Watch HORROR REMIX HALLOWEEN Video Mixtape

A Triple Feature Crammed Into 2 Hours with lots of fun extras and animated shorts. Hosted by puppet MCs, Cheesecake and Thunderclap. Rated R.

Featuring the following three shortened films:

Hack-O-Lantern (1988) AKA Halloween Night This gem falls into my favorite category of the horror genre: PUN horror. When the title of the film is a pun, without exception, wonderful 80s fun awaits (I'm looking at you Killer Workout, Iced, Hide and Go Shriek). Hack-O-Lantern gives you everything you want in an obscure horror film and more.

Night of the Demons (1988) This film will probably be remembered for being one of the last good horror films of the 80’s. I imagine if you’re reading this, you’ve at least heard of it. They made a trilogy and a straight-to-DVD remake surfaced in 2009 that I also love but nothing beats the original. When Night of the Demons is developing the characters, it falls into the cliches of 80s-ness which is perfect. And when it tries to be creepy, it succeeds. The effects are great and the soundtrack is even better.

Hollow Gate (1988) I like to imagine back in 1986, a young Ray Di Zazzo said, ‘Fuck it. I’m making a movie.’ He creates Hollow Gate and then disappears. Whether the director leaves showbiz because they created their masterpiece the first go-round or realized they were over their head and walked away. Either way, we win. So, which category does Hollow Gate fall in, masterpiece or mess?

There are 2 versions, my version is below (from vimeo.com) followed by the original version (from archive.org) underneath. In my version, I added new animated shorts and changed the opening scene but the remix version of the 3 films are the same. Rated R for nudity, graphic language and violence.

DEVIL'S NIGHT (2017) Posters, Trailer, Movie Clip and Stills

From the Press Release:
Harm’s Way Productions has unleashed Devil’s Night on iTunes. Adam Forrest, Elizabeth Peterson, Alex Ho, Nolan Freeman, Kristina Cohen, Shani Atias and Kevin Grossman star in the story of a lonely teen who accidentally unlocks a gate to Hell in the quest for Internet stardom. Directed by TV veteran Todd Bishop from a script by Derek Rethwisch, Devil’s Night is available today exclusively on iTunes with a new clip that shows the dangers lurking in the dark.

On the eve of the release, writer/producer Derek Rethwisch said, “When we were writing Devil’s Night, our goal was to create a suspenseful, character-driven horror that would not only give audiences a few good scares, but would be relevant to them today. We were all fans of horror growing up and really aspired to make a movie in the vein of Halloween or Friday the 13th, and Devil’s Night (October 30th) seemed like a natural fit. Evan Lesky is our Michael Myers, but we wanted a 21st-century protagonist, someone desperate to make it in today’s viral-obsessed society. We hope that Devil’s Night is both an homage to those iconic movies but also unique in its portrayal of modern life.”

Daniel, a charismatic teen from a broken home, wants nothing more than to get out of the trailer park. After scraping together just enough money to buy a video camera, he begins making YouTube videos in the hope that his antics will lead him to a better life. But when his videos fail to catch on and all his friends leave for college, Daniel’s left all alone. Undeterred, he discovers an old documentary about a serial killer who brutally murdered seven people in a Satanic sacrifice not too far from his hometown. Thinking this might be his last chance for success, he decides to film a video in the killer’s house, only to summon an evil worse than anything he could have possibly imagined…

3 DEAD TRICK OR TREATERS New Posters, Movie Clips, Stills and World Tour

A pair of new posters (above) for writer/director Torin Langen's 3 DEAD TRICK OR TREATERS, an anthology film which consists of five stories described as a Halloween folk-chiller told entirely without dialogue. Holden Levack, Jeremy Charles Singer, Raven Cousens, and Youp Zondag star. Check out a clip and stills from the film below after the synopsis.

SYNOPSIS: After stumbling upon the graves of three murdered trick or treaters, a small town paperboy discovers a series of handwritten horror stories tacked to the children’s headstones. Penned by a deranged pulp author driven mad by his craft, the stories chronicle grisly tales of Halloween rites, rituals and traditions. Absent of dialogue and heavy on atmosphere, 3 Dead Trick or Treaters is a horror anthology unlike any you’ve seen before.

10 MINUTE THEATER Presents: HALLOWEEN (1978) and HALLOWEEN II (1981)

Watch Halloween '78 and Halloween II '81 in 10 minutes each. Videos by Youtuber 10MT Productions.

10 MINUTE THEATER is a series of videos where some random British guy explains what happens in a movie in a 10 minute time limit with random, unrelated subtitles at the bottom of the screen. Some of Hollywood's most beloved (and in some cases, most unloved) movies are not safe from this 10 minute format!

We go back to 1978 to Haddonfield where someone has come back to finish what he started 15 years before. Tonight is the night HE came home...

We go back to 1981... Which is also 1978 where the town of Haddonfield is still celebrating Halloween and Michael Myers is still celebrating murder! It's MORE of the night HE came home...
